Chris Wilde
Owner/Trainer 303 Performance

I am Chris Wilde (37-years young) and I am a Colorado Native. I currently call Evergreen home, as my family and I are blessed to have the Rocky Mountains as our backyard. My wife Taylor and I have a 7-month-old boy named Hunter James and a 5-year-old Yellow Lab named JJ. Each weekend is a new opportunity for our family to get out on a new adventure and explore and travel the unknown.

I absolutely love competing and challenging myself, whether it is in sports, fitness competitions or on one of my various mountain excursions. I discovered my fitness calling at 7-months old, when I took my first steps. Sports and fitness quickly captured my focus as I was obsessed with constantly enduring and prevailing over any challenge I encountered. At an early age, I was inspired to play basketball and continued competing until my second year at the University of Colorado. Over the course of my basketball career, I had the privilege of competing against some of the best basketball players in the world through AAU Tournaments, Invitational Basketball Camps, NAIA Division II College Basketball, and Pro-Am Leagues. Along with the incredible competition, I was lucky to train with some extremely talented Professional Fitness Trainers, Coaches, and Physical Therapists. Following my 6th knee surgery, I hung my basketball shoes up and began studying Movement and the Human Body.

In my 11-years of experience as a personal trainer and Life coach, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals and servicing thousands of fitness sessions. Group training, fitness classes, and educational seminars have always been some of my biggest passions in coaching as well as teaching. The opportunity to connect with larger groups of people has been an invigorating experience and it is always emotionally gratifying to help pay it forward. I have been extremely blessed throughout this humbling and rewarding fitness career, as I have been entrusted with guiding and supporting people’s fitness journeys. In my experience, results are not only the hard work invested inside the gym, but more importantly the grit, consistency, and self-discipline invested outside the gym doors. Setting yourself up for success can be an exceedingly difficult task to confront alone. That is where OUR Journey begins.

Lena Chon- Massage Therapist

When I first got into fitness, I was coming out of bad life habits which included drinking too much and eating too much junk. I didn't have the knowledge or drive to do well for myself. However, once I got hooked with the positive changes that fitness gave me, I neglected my well being, thinking that working out and eating right was all I needed. I pushed my body so hard to achieve goals but never took the time to stretch or give my body the proper care it needed.

Through rehabilitation with massage therapy it helped me better understand the body and the benefits I could provide to others as a practitioner. My passion is in fitness, wellness and health. Being able to utilize my skills to help break pain cycles for clients and help them achieve goals is what I love most about being a licensed massage therapist and certified personal trainer.

Corey Roark – , TRX Growing up as a 3-sport athlete, Health and Fitness has always been a way of life for me. A career in the Health and Fitness industry hardly seems like a job when I get to be a part of helping and changing people’s lives through fitness. I fell in love with Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning in 2010 and decided to go to school for it. I graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science in 2012. With 14 years of experience, you will get the results you are looking for. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification through the NSCA, training athletes of all levels is my specialty. You will improve

speed/agility/quickness, strength, stamina, stability, and technique. Being certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM, we will work to make you the most efficient athlete possible by correcting posture, alignment, and movement patterns. The general health and fitness population is also my ideal client. Elite Health and Performance’s motto is “train for life.” With this, I believe strength builds resiliency and is the foundation of healthy longevity. I will show you how to include exercise as a part of your everyday life. We will train functional movements and strength for the everyday activities you participate in. If it is helping a client lose over 100 pounds in just over year, or helping rid clients of shoulder, knee, and the ever-dreaded low back pain, general health and fitness should be a part of everyone’s live. If you are just looking to be able to play with the grandkids, look good at the beach or walk up the stairs without getting out of breath, I am the coach for you.I am also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist through ACE. Nutrition is one of the most important roots for any age/any goal. I will educate you on the importance of food and nutrition so that we can determine what works best for you to maximize your results and make you a healthier person.

“We don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing” -Shaw-It’s kind of amazing all of the moments in my life that brought me to being a personal trainer at 303 Performance. As a husband, father, grandfather, teacher, learner, and part-time adventurer, I have experienced a bit over the years. Now deep in my 60’s I continue to experience the importance of living a full and active life. With the strong belief that Movement is Medicine I continue to enjoy pushing myself physically. The rewards are great. Be it participating in Spartan Races, hiking Kilimanjaro, trail running through Zion National Park, lifting with friends, or just running down my grandsons, I have benefitted with this lifestyle.

Having been a teacher for 32 years I love still being able to help people. I feel pretty blessed that I have the opportunity to share my fitness knowledge with others and ease them into a fun, fitness lifestyle where they can pursue their own adventures.
